Customer Perception towards Online Food Delivery Services- Development of Conceptual Model

Purpose: The central idea of the paper is to study influencing factors that shape customer perception online food delivery services and develop a conceptual model based on established theories systematic literature review. Design: Secondary data collected from books journal papers using search engines such as Google Scholar, Research gate, SSRN, Base, Semantics Inflibnet. Postulates affecting are proposed focus group interaction method. Findings: identified several determinants for usage perceived benefits, prior experience, subjective norms system quality which influence attitude customers. Originality: This highlights various customers’ preference use services. Paper Type: Review development model.
